Furniture Care Products Terms and Conditions of Supply
Any order and subsequent purchase of goods (as defined below) or services from Furniture Care Products shall be governed by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with Advantex Marketing trading as Furniture Care Products. This includes orders placed online or by email, phone, fax, post or by any other means. Furniture Care Products reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The invoice and all correspondence received from Furniture Care Products will have the name 'Advantex Marketing' on.
You acknowledge and agree that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. Furniture Care Products takes no responsibility for any consequences if false, misleading or incorrect information is supplied to us. All products are sold in good faith to the purchaser. By placing your order and using the products supplied, you agree that Furniture Care Products, its owners or employees will not be held liable should any problems occur as a result of using these products.
10 days Full Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
You can return any product to us within 10 days from date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the product for a full refund providing the product is in its original packaging and condition. No reason will be required other than that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We want you to be able to order furniture care products from us totally risk-free. If you’re not happy with your decision then neither are we. Just give us a call on 0800 324 231 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately organise the refund and return of any products.

Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped. Where product must be ordered from our suppliers, this will result in the payment being made a few days before the product is received. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, Furniture Care Products will notify you of the error. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order.
Delivery of orders placed via the website to a New Zealand address is FREE on orders over $100. For orders under $100 a standard delivery charge of $10.50 applies to addresses anywhere in New Zealand.
We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, email your request to email@example.com. We will process your request immediately.
If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Furniture Care Products, we will re-send you your correct order and cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product back to us.
If you have a faulty product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or freecall 0800 324 231. You can get either a replacement product sent, or we can issue you with a credit to be held against a future order to the value of the faulty product.
