CKD Range – (Complete Knock Down), basically means you have to assemble the complete bunk or bed including the headboard, where normally the headboard is pre assembled in the factory. This will not weaken the bunk at all & only requires 6 extra bolts per headboard.
This means we can get more product in a container & labour cost is lower, so we can pass that saving directly to the customer, the Quality & Finish is exactly the same as our other products.
